Proto:  The Theory Of Everything

Genesis 1:28:  "And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply,

and replenish the earth."

Genesis 3:16:   "Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception;

in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall

rule over thee."

Genesis 3:19:   "In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground;

for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return."

Genesis 10:8-9:   "And Cush begot Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.  He

was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty

hunter before the LORD."

Hunter-Gatherer Anthropology:  In Advanced Idea Mechanics

postulation, hunters (male) protect the family, hunt for food,

and obey the “be fruitful and multiply” commandment, eliminating

the possibility for pair-bonded marital relationships; the tendency is

for the male to take many mates for this purpose, and fidelity was

not a factor.  Gatherers (female) attract the male, set  up the

bonded relationship, organize the home, nurture the children, and

actually gathered the crops and sheaves for feeding the family in

concert with the hunting activities of the male.

Gatherer females might have had multiple partners, as their desire

was also for mating—but the tendency in the much more civilized

gatherers was to have a mate in pair-bonded singularity....
