Soul-Brain Transduction Science:  A transducer is a medium which,

when impressed by an outside force of a certain type, emits a force of

a different type; a substance or device, such as a piezoelectric crystal,

microphone, or photoelectric cell, that converts input energy of one

form into output energy of another.  Advanced Idea Mechanics

postulates that the soul energizes the brain to perform tasks; in some

miraculous way, the soul as the conscious component of humanity (I

think, therefore I am), gives commands to the brain by means of

bioelectrical stimulation as a language—and that bioelectrical signal is

transduced in the brain, causing it to interpret it as a command, and then

causes the brain to instruct the body to do something—or think something. 

The brain is the instrument by which the soul is manifested on this side of
